Gerovia describes treatments and lists the clinics that offer them. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician.

Our content is written and researched by a founder who is not a medical professional, and it is not reviewed by a clinician. Several treatments covered here are not authorised medicines in Ireland and have limited or no evidence for the uses they are marketed for. Talk to your GP before starting any of them.

If you are having a medical emergency, contact the emergency services. Do not use this site.

A listing is not an endorsement

Appearing on Gerovia means we found a clinic with a live website that says it offers a treatment. It is not a recommendation, a quality rating, a safety guarantee, or a statement that the clinic is competent, insured or appropriately qualified.

We do not visit clinics and we do not verify medical credentials. Check the relevant professional register yourself before booking. The full detail is on the how we verify clinics page.

Any dealings you have with a clinic are between you and that clinic. Gerovia is not a party to them and takes no commission.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep this site correct and we cite our sources so you can check us. Even so, clinics change their prices, services and locations without telling us, and research moves on.

Information here is provided as is. We give no warranty that it is complete, current or error free, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. Confirm anything that matters directly with the clinic.

Links to other websites

This site links to clinic websites and research sources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their claims or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.

For clinics

If your listing is inaccurate, or you want it removed, email hello@gerovia.com and we will correct or delete it. There are no conditions attached and you do not need to do anything in return.

You cannot pay to change what a page says about the evidence, to have a negative finding removed, or to have another clinic delisted. That is set out in full in the editorial policy.

Content and reuse

The written content, research summaries and images on this site are ours. Quote us with attribution and a link, by all means. Do not republish pages wholesale or scrape the directory.

Clinic names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the businesses listed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
